Does Spozing support member dues via SEPA?
Yes. Members sign their SEPA mandate digitally at registration. Dues are collected automatically monthly, quarterly, or annually. Returned debits trigger a multi-stage dunning process.
How do our existing members get into Spozing?
We import CSV lists with profile data and tariff assignments. Members get an invitation email with password setup. On first login they confirm the SEPA mandate.
Can coaches manage their own booking blocks?
Yes, coaches get their own role and manage their hours directly — including hours sheets for the office.
Does it work with our existing club software?
Spozing typically replaces the booking module of your club software. A CSV interface to common tools (Sportbuzzer, Easyverein, Vereinsplaner) is included.

Over 120 tennis clubs in DACH have already migrated to Spozing — typically from Booqer, courtbooking.de, ebusy, or hand-built Excel solutions. We import CSV lists with profile data, member tariffs, and remaining credit. Existing bookings for the current season are migrated on request. The switch typically takes 1–2 weeks.

Small clubs start free on the Free tier. From around 50 members, Basic (€29/month) is recommended for unlimited bookings, usage stats, and embeddable widgets.
