Frequently asked questions
Can we model different subscription models?
Yes — unlimited, tiered by class count, times of day, or location. Pauses, notice periods, and contract lengths are all configurable.
What happens with no-shows?
You define no-show rules: automatic reminder, fee via SEPA, or punch-card deduction. Reminders 24h and 2h before strongly reduce no-show rates.
Can trainers manage their own slots?
Yes — trainer role with their own login. They see their classes, personal training slots, and can arrange substitutes.
Does it work with our access control / door system?
Spozing exports daily access lists as CSV/JSON. Direct integrations with gym80, Aspire, and Magicline available on request.

Traditional studio software (Magicline, Sportbuzzer, gym80) was built for member management — not for modern class booking. Boutique studios, EMS providers, and functional concepts need a system that reduces no-shows, sells punch cards online, and splits personal training into 30-minute slots. Spozing is exactly that.
Class plan management and capacities
Spozing supports unlimited class formats with individual max participants, trainer assignment, and material lists. Waitlists are standard: if a participant drops out, the next on the list is moved up automatically. This applies until 30 minutes before class — afterwards the slot stays free (or you enable last-minute drop-in bookings).
Punch cards and trial passes as a sales lever
New-customer acquisition in fitness runs almost entirely on attractive entry offers. Spozing lets you sell punch cards (with expiry) and trial passes (e.g. 'first 4 weeks €19') directly in the online shop. Via Stripe Connect you get weekly payouts to your business account.
No-show reduction through reminders and SEPA fees
A typical boutique studio loses 20–30% of class revenue to no-shows. Spozing brings the rate below 10%: automatic reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before class, an optional no-show fee via SEPA, or a credit deduction on punch cards. You define the rules per class format.
Integration with Magicline, Aspire, gym80, and access control
Spozing doesn't necessarily replace your existing member master data — both can run in parallel. We export daily access lists as CSV or JSON for common door systems. Direct API integrations with Magicline, Aspire, and gym80 are built for Premium customers on request.
